 | Graham Morgan Chief Executive Officer Graham joined in October 2006 as the Chief Operating Officer and was promoted to Chief Executive Officer in February 2008. His achievements have included implementing a centralised procurement strategy, integrating a number of mergers and acquisitions and developing GEON's capabilities in delivering our customers added value and products across the visual communications supply chain. Graham has over 25 years international general management experience across a number of industries. His roles have included: Group Operations Director, Regionals for Trinity Mirror Plc, the largest publisher in the UK and Managing Director for the Huddersfield Examiner, where he successfully led the growth strategy for the region. He has been responsible for transforming the performance and culture of both traditional and modern operating environments through customer centric processes and solutions. Back to top |
 | Ashley Fenton Chief Financial Officer Ashley Fenton is the Chief Financial Officer for the GEON and joined in June, 2008. He has an extensive senior financial managment background in the media and communications sector, having held senior positions in Australia Media Limited, Fairfax Limited, Cable and Wireless Optus Limited and most recently as Chief Financial officer at Salmat Limited. Ashley has provided financial leadership in high growth environments, led acquisitions and took Salmat to a listing in the ASX. He is also a Chartered Accountant (FCA) and was previously with Price Waterhouse Coopers. Back to top |
 | Sandy Maier Chairman Sandy (Samford) Maier has worked in international commercial and investment banking with Citicorp/ Citibank for 15 years in various management positions in the Caribbean, South America and Australasia. He has lived and worked in New Zealand since 1986, serving on the board of the Bank of New Zealand and as the statutory manager of DFC New Zealand Limited, for which he received a 1990 Commemoration Medal for services to New Zealand. For the past 15 years, he has had his own international management consulting firm specialising in strategic financial and human resource issues. He has served as chief executive and board member of a number of companies. He was appointed director for GEON in March 2004 and has been Chairman for the group since September 2005. Back to top |
 | Mark Rimmer Director Mark has worked as a strategy consultant for 13 years, with specific leadership responsibilities in Consumer Goods & Retail industries. Prior to that, Mark spent 10 years in various managerial roles in the Food Retailing and Supply Chain industries in the UK. He holds an MBA from the Melbourne Business School. Back to top |

 | Jack Crumlin Director Jack Crumlin is one of the founding directors of Norton Crumlin & Associates, a Management Consulting firm based in Sydney. He is an experienced businessman having served as CEO of a telecommunications service provider and as a partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers and also at Ernst & Young. Jack brings with him a unique blend of financial acumen together with strong people and leadership skills as well as expertise assisting organisations and executives to achieve higher performance.
