GEON was formed by the consolidation of some of the most highly regarded print and communication businesses across Australia and New Zealand. Gresham Private Equity took a controlling stake in the Pacific Print Group in November 2005. The Pacific Print Group re-branded as GEON on 1 February 2007 and, later that year, purchased the Promentum Group in May 2007.
